I’ve been pretty hyper-fixated on making my first videogame and getting ready for my first game jam, but nostalgia hit me like a ton of bricks and I dug out my old Petz 4 installation and blew the dust off. Figuratively of course.
Anyway, I only have 2 petz surviving the moves, broken electronics and passage of time since I last participated in the community like… 9 years ago. I’ve divorced, met someone new, sold my house, moved and had 2 kids since then so… life has been busy and a lot has changed. Still, I’ve been craving community and this is one that I feel at home in. I hope you’ll all welcome me back.
As for my 2 surviving petz, here they are. Rebel and Cherry. Both adopted from delighy.

Cherry is to the left and Rebel is to the right. They’re madly in love.
In fact, they’re so madly in love that they made a kitten when I wasn’t looking.

He’s a cute little bug isn’t he? I guess I’ll be showing him once I’m done working his parents in PSC. Once it’s his turn to be worked with, I’ll name him, give him a show name, then I’ll add him to the Jovial Cattery and start showing him in PSC as well.
While I’m on the topic of new kittens I also adopted this little girl from chausiie on PAAC.

She’s so angry, I love it. I have similar plans for her to the kitten above.
I’ve also dipped a toe into hexing again, getting myself familiar with Petz Workshop. I’m having some software compatibility issues that I’m trying to iron out, but I’m hoping to start hexing in my down time again. Whenever I have downtime. As I said earlier, my hyper-fixation currently is game development and I’m a mother of 2, so time is relatively limited.
Anyway, that’s all the update from me today. Hopefully I’ll have longer, more detailed posts in the future, but for now, I hope some short introductions are alright.
