Whoops! This was supposed to go out on the 23rd! Instead of putting it away til tomorrow, consider this a “sneak preview” at my return to Creatures. The next blog post will be on Tuesday, assuming things go according to plan.

Thanks for your understanding!

It’s been over two weeks since I posted anything Creatures related, but with some issues with my computer resolved, I could finally make some time for blogging. So here I am! I’m back!

Because they couldn’t make things easy for me, Danny and Cassy’s health levels were both in the lower 60s, but they were at least sticking around that level rather than, say, plummeting.

bandicam 2015-03-22 19-27-17-041 copyI couldn’t spend my time waiting on them to eat and instead checked on the others. David, Danny and Perry all crowded in the lighthouse while Peony loitered at the bottom, playing “back and forth” with the cart.

I urged Cassy to wander towards the bees where she could drink precious honey. Her health still hung around the low 60s and some honey would be beneficial for her. Meanwhile, Mallory and Tabby played chase games on the beach. It wasn’t really dissimilar to watching children playing chase with a dog or another child.

bandicam 2015-03-22 19-29-06-767 copyOf course, by now, being as tired of seeing Purple Mountain Norn and Ron mixes all over the world as I was, I was ready to introduce another horse norn or pixie norn to the group, just to mix things up. I hate to put it this way, but it was starting to get difficult to tell them all apart.

Still, with so many babies pending hatching, it seemed unfair to introduce a new one now, especially with Tabby just over 30 minutes old. Naturally, to keep me busy, Peony decided to get pregnant. With two males crowding her, it was hard to tell who the father was. David? Danny? I couldn’t tell! All I really knew is that I needed to start force feeding Peony some carrots to support her new baby.

As I stated in the last entry, I would take the first good male and breed him with his sisters. When the male we chose mated, this is the offspring he produced in his first batch.

bandicam 2015-03-09 18-35-59-669 copyHere, we only have two males that seem to fit. They’ll have to do. Really, I’m just glad we got any. It seems to me, it’s rare to get a great batch in just the 3rd generation.

bandicam 2015-03-09 22-21-11-688 copyThis doesn’t look great. Of all 11 offspring, only Male 2 fits my ideal. I do want to point out that Males6, 3 and 9 are all sporting a tail pattern called “Grass”. Those would be called “grass red tailed guppies”.

And just then, my tanks kept crashing when I would try to advance time. After a quick reinstall, the problem still wasn’t resolved.

Hello everyone!

This is just a friendly reminder that this blog uses adsense. If you’re concerned about privacy, you can check out my Privacy Policy here.

I also upload videos here from time to time from my YouTube channel and many of those videos are monetized, which means that I get to make a little change every time someone views an ad on my videos. This means that you can help me and other YouTube content creators out by disabling ad blocker on our websites and on YouTube.

It only costs you 5 seconds to skip skip-able ads and non-skip-able ads are a maximum of 15 seconds long, which I think is a small price to pay to help us afford the time it takes to make more content for you to enjoy.

Thank you for your time and don’t forget that if you like a show, video, blog, or website to share it with your friends. Exposure is a pretty good way to help out, too.

Regards,
Kezune

bandicam 2015-03-11 11-35-37-169 copyThe desert crowd was as it always was – relatively quiet except for the occasional egg coming from Fidget. Unfortunately, Daedalus’ time was about to run out. He was surrounded by friends, at least! While I had the chance, I checked on the other groups.

Untitled-1 copyFirst, the Meso group. They’d stuck to their usual locations. Peri, Stain and Eve rarely came down, except when one of the two ladies needed to lay an egg by the candle. Akuma, Aster and Marsyia prefered to stay by the Empathic vendor and spent most of their time breeding.

bandicam 2015-03-11 11-39-00-266 copyDelia and Dark Cat were still the only norns in the Norn Terrarium and they spent their time eat, resting and only met occasionally to breed.

bandicam 2015-03-11 11-39-13-168 copyFinally, in the jungle, the group had split into two pairs. The girls got on with eachother just fine and the two males had become close friends.

bandicam 2015-03-11 11-48-52-403 copyEventually, I got Dadalus’ death notification. He had things very easy in his last hour! He was always surrounded by his friends and always had plenty of food to eat. Actually, because he was always surrounded, it was a little difficult to get his picture.

bandicam 2015-03-11 11-51-30-390 copyMeanwhile, the egg count continued to rise. The egg-holding Ultimate Life Norns never stopped slapping or kissing so I told them to rest when I took this picture. Silence has never been so sweet.

Even though we were now at the point where the norns would start dying, I was still curious about the creatures inside those colorful little eggs. A few had hatched accidentally (which is why I needed to create egg storage norns in the first place) but there were so many now, I just wondered about the variety I would see.
