Hey guys! I’m sure I’ve mentioned Discover Albia on my blog before, but I wanted to bring special attention to something that Jessica is doing now. I mean, Discover Albia is what got me blogging in the first place! Jessica has a survey open til the 10th of April and she’s using it to plan special community events and features for her blog for the future. If you have a few minutes and haven’t filled it out already, go fill it out!

Hi! It’s actually been a few days since I updated the Categories and the Projects page but I wanted to bring your attention to the changes if you haven’t noticed already.

First, if you want to see what I’m working on or want to see some of my older finished or retired projects, check out “Projects” on the right under the “Pages” section (formerly Works in Progress).

Next, on the right below the calendar and the search bar are the Categories for my posts. I’ve had a few different nurture worlds so I’ve decided to give them their own sub categories. If you want to see my second Creatures 1 nurture world for example, you’d look under Creatures > Creatures 1 > Creatures Worlds > Creatures 1 World 2.

I will likely be adding more subcategories in the future but as of this post, I don’t find that necessary. If you have any suggestions for ways to make my blog posts easier to navigate or how to improve this blog in general, please feel free to let me know in the comments section below.

One last announcement, I will be adding appropriate tags to all of my blog posts very soon. I’m a little burned out from staring at the Genetics Kit but I like to keep myself busy and I like to make things easier for anyone coming to visit my blog.

Thank you for your time and happy reading. 🙂

I realize I’ve been absent and I’m so sorry, guys. Since my last post I’ve had my birthday, helped some friends move and came down with some terrible respiratory illnesses. I have a pretty mild ear infection now (probably related to those previous illnesses) but I’m probably at 90% health right now. 🙂

All that out of the way, the stream’s finally back, too! There will still be interruptions to the stream’s normal broadcast but there won’t be a health-related hiatus for, hopefully a long time. Just a heads up, Fridays are going to be regular off-days from about 9PM PST to anywhere from midnight to 1 AM on the following Saturday. Anyway! Send in your creatures! I can’t wait to see what you’ve brewed up since I was last around. 🙂

This isn’t a new segment or anything, but I did want to make some tiny announcements.

My Sparkleseed Vendor has been updated to require a lot of water to grow. That means it does well underwater but will survive in swampy areas.

Second, I’d like to remind everyone that while the Daily Creature Feature is designed to primarily feature the AFK world that I’ve created, I will occasionally broadcast other things like playing the game, testing agents, my husband wandering in and goofing around with the creatures, pretty much any number of things. The stream can also be interrupted by a poor or interrupted internet connection, having to use the computer for other things (this is my gaming machine) or I might play creatures to test agents, do wolfling runs or for normal play.

I hope you like the stream so far and I hope you enjoy or at least don’t mind the occasional interruptions to the program.

In the meantime, please keep those creatures coming! If you’d like to submit creatures, please visit the stream page for information.
