Well, since you clicked here, I can only assume you’re interested in what I have to say about myself, so here goes.
My name’s Kat and I’ve been playing creatures since Docking Station came out. My parents bought Creatures 3 and the breed packs for me back then and I’ve been playing on and off for years since. I also own Creatures: The Albian Years and Creatures Village. As of writing, I’ve played all the games but Creatures 1 and Creatures 3/Docking Station are my favorites.
I’m an avid gamer and I don’t just play sim games, though. I’m also a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls series and of the 5 games, Morrowind is easily my favorite. My favorite genre is platform games and I’m a die-hard retro-gamer. I love all of the games from my childhood and still play games like Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario Bros. 3 pretty regularly.
As for my other hobbies (other than gaming, of course) I also knit, crochet and spin yarn. I spend most of my time waiting when I play Creatures and there’s really no better time to knit. I live with my two dogs and my husband on Okinawa, Japan somewhere new every few years.
So that’s about it. Thanks for checking this page out!
I like your blog – it’s nice to meet someone else who played Aquazone and knows what El-Fish was. Do you still have that copy of Aquazone Deluxe 2 With Guppies available for download?
Unfortunately, no, I don’t. I took it down to avoid legal troubles. When I hosted it, I thought the Japanese company that made the game had dissolved, but it’s still around and making games.
I did manage to find the game used for sale through Amazon and got my copy of the game there. Here’s the link on Amazon. If you don’t have a 32-bit OS or a way to play 16-bit PC games, you might not be able to play though. If you do manage to get a hold of the game, you can still download a lot of the first- and third-part assets, add-ons, etc through Effenwright’s page.
Hello. After 10 + years I’ve gotten back into Aquazone, and enjoying it now as I did then. I am in a dire search for two “utility” programs… actual 1 program & instructions for the other. I am looking for a utility program called “Plant Maker” which is similar to AZ accessory maker, and the instructions for using Gravel Maker. All links to these items seem to be dead. If anyone is out there that can help me with these items, please respond back. If they are to be had, I will gladly provide e mail addy to send them to.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
Ron
I’m not sure where to find those programs but I’ve gone ahead and approved your comment. Hopefully someone who’s played the game can help you secure a copy. Good luck!
